See the pattern.
Shape the plan.

Most women on hormone therapy are dosed by trial and error, from a single blood draw and their best memory of how they felt.

Neap is building a way for women in perimenopause and beyond to see how their estradiol, progesterone and testosterone, their doses and their symptoms connect over time.

Then you can bring that picture to the clinician who prescribes your care, and decide together.

What we're building

  • All three hormones on one timelineEstradiol, progesterone and testosterone, alongside your doses and how you actually felt.
  • Room for every symptomNot just hot flashes. Palpitations, clammy hands, tingling, 3 a.m. waking and mood crashes count too.
  • A report you choose to shareA clear summary for your clinician. You and your clinician make the decisions.

Why I'm building Neap

At 41, I knew something wasn't right. I was sleeping three hours a night, and I'd gone from running marathons to not being able to run for three minutes. My blood work came back "normal." It took three doctors to find one who saw I needed HRT.

In the four years since, my HRT program has changed 14 times, each time based on a single blood draw. Some changes made me feel worse. So I tracked my own hormones and symptoms for six months and brought the data to my doctor. That's when things changed.

Every woman should be able to see her own pattern. That's why I'm building Neap.
